You are what you say!

Let me share with you some experiences I have had in the past week. Have you been in the company of others and their conversation really is scary. So Negative. I want to talk about
taking control of our thoughts and what we say. So many negative words can come out of
peoples mouths without them even knowing that they are saying it. My way to keep myself in a positive space is to say my favourite affirmations each day and many times if need be. Learn them off by heart and when you are about to voice negative thoughts stop yourself and hear the affirmation that comes from your mouth.

So much of this thinking is of “old programming” from your past. Lets face it we have moved on from whatever space we were in then, now is the time to consciously predict the life we want.

The practice of doing affirmations allows us to begin replacing some of our stale, worn out, or negative mind chatter with more positive ideas and concepts. It is a powerful technique, one which can in a short time completely transform our attitudes and expectations about life, and thereby totally change what we create for ourselves.

Examples
“Everything is coming to me easily and effortlessly”
“I am a radiant being filled with light and love”
“I now have enough time, energy, wisdom and money to accomplish all my desires.

Always talk in the present tense. It is important to create it as if it already exists. Acknowledge the fact that everything is created on a mental plane first, before it can manifest in reality.

Have fun with this and see how changes take place. Very soon you will be horrified at
some of your past thinking. Now pick yourself up and jump back on your perch. You can do it. Have a great day!
